Gorgeous color and the fabric feels so luxurious, worth every penny

I have shopped at Wayfair for years. I ordered these curtains over a month ago and they were delivered today as shown in the photos above. They didn’t come in a box, or shipping package, so the packages were busted open and the curtains. They are letting me return the curtains (498), but making me pay 71 to ship them back. This is the most unsatisfactory customer service that I’ve ever witnessed. I will NEVER shop at Wayfair again.

I really like the way the creases fall on this. The 2” ruffle seam at the top gives it a very neat look vs the pole going through the strips in the back.

The curtains are fine but the packaging by whomever sent out my order was appalling. Someone slapped a mailing label on the original plastic zipper storage bag for the curtains and actually taped over the zipper part, although not completely so there was an opening where the curtains were directly exposed to all handling. The tape left a nasty residue on the plastic and was very difficult to remove. I'm all for minimal packing materials but this was just plain lazy and negligent! Is this Wayfair's standard packaging process now? If so I might reconsider future purchases.
