I shouldve read the dimensions better. This should NOT be suggested as a blanket chest...unless its for baby blankets. The wood is good quality but the hardware is loose, it wont lock and it arrived with part exposed and scratched up. The turquoise splash paint looks mechanical.

The trunks are quality (we ordered two). It is solid heavy wood, but the finish doesnt look anything like the picture. I would have rather had a brown trunk then how they added the blues and greens. It looks like an amateur painted it. Im using them to store keepsakes for each of my children so I will keep them.

These added storage to the kitchen table area as well as seating when company comes. The finish offers color as well.

So much smaller than I thought. My fault. It's just too small to store the stuff I originally wanted. But it's nicely made.

Perfect size for my needs. Love it. Rustic pretty. Fits my magazines and keeps them out of site.

What do I think!?! I think it's NOT what I ordered, it's broken, and I was charged $173 for a trunk that was priced at $164. THAT'S what I think! I'm going to try to return it, if I don't have to pay to ship it.

Ugly! Seriously the worst purchase experience I have ever had. It looks 80’s spray painted. I may never order again from Wayfair because of this. I shouldn’t be responsible in any way for a return that was so out of proportion from what was expected

Colors are not as vibrant and hardware is just for looks but suited my purpose

Good box. Smaller than anticipated but still holds a few blankets. Smells a little of stain but that went away after being left open for a day or so

I love the look of it, it is very sturdy
