Beautiful shelf for my bathroom.. would have given 5 stars, but the wood shelves had several chips and cracks (was able to cover most of the chips and cracks with my decor). However, I expected it to be without flaws considering the price I paid.

I do not know what is worse the damaged item or the horrible customer service. The item came in bent and then they want me to send back damaged product that they sent to me!

Very sturdy. I was expecting a shinning chrome but it is very rustic. The finish is rough textured and not shinny. The picture online does not represent the finsh. Really disappointed, it will not work in the room it was purchased for.

Top down it looks pretty good, but the bottom is pretty unsightly. I had planned to put this over my couch but may need to look at other options. Don’t plan on hanging it too high on your wall. Where you fasten it into the wall is also not level, so plan on eyeballing it when hanging.
