Missing the wheels and WAYFAIR customer service is horrible!

Easy to store and easy to use - this cart is a godsend for people like me who like to walk to the grocery store but always end up buying more than they planned! Not having to wreck my fingers by carrying everything home is a boon.

Love this cart! It is perfect for taking out garbage or bringing in groceries. It is very sturdy, and I like the front wheels.

It's a cart. No complaints.

Seems sturdy enough. All that needed for assembly was putting on the wheels, but that was harder than it should have been Larger than I expected, but that was my fault for not paying attention to the measurements. Will work for what I needed it for as long as the wheels stay on the cart.

I just moved into a Senior living. I’m on the 2nd floor off elevator. I purchased this cart to bring groceries up from the garage. This cart is so sturdy and large. It’s easy for my to open and close up and lift into my trunk. I use this cart to bring to my laundry to the laundry facility, anything heavy from my car. There are lots of neighbors with carts, etc, but mine is Royles Royce of them all. Great buy.

It was too heavy for me to load and unload. I can’t find a phone no to speak to someone so I can return it free and have my acct credited

I love the shopping cart, but the directions are not that great. There was a piece that I thought was missing turned out to be taped along the side of the arm of the cart.
