[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We searched for a replacement for our second-floor laundry all-in-one unit, enter Samsung. We went through a conversion to accommodate the electric dryer, and it was definitely worth it. To start, the size is wonderful. I never thought we'd have space in the closet. These units allow for that. We ordered the stacking kit and once stacked, we have room to add a shelf above the dryer. The washer holds 2.5-3 loads of clothes and is highly efficient. We've used every cycle programmed into the washer every one cleans the loads extremely well. You can connect the unit to the Samsung SmartThings App and customize loads if needed. The pre-programmed loads meet all of our needs. I would give it a 5/5, but the only downside is the drying time. Full disclosure, this may be because I'm used to a gas dryer. That said, a load of towels is taking two cycles to dry, and regular clothes take 1.5x's the selected cycle. Otherwise, I'm extremely pleased.. Righteousjules. Fri Apr 17 2026

The Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Dryer with ultra-capacity brings innovation and convenience together to make laundry less of a chore. With smart features like an AI Home LCD display that’s easy to control and AI OptDry+ which takes the guesswork out of cycle selection, drying couldn't be easier. Use Super Speed Dry to dry a full load in 30 minutes for a simple and fast laundry experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product arrived a month later than expected. However, the focus will be on the functionality of the dryer itself. We absolutely enjoy the dryer. Makes minimum noise and hardly vibrates. The location of the lint trap is thoughtfully placed. The screen is easy to use and we enjoy the notification chime. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars us because of the various settings. I've experimented with a few and the dry time is less than what the machine advertises at times. Capacity is great but the drying time is based on load size and what temperature is set. For example, I have to dry my towels twice despite using the towel setting. Have yet to try the wrinkle prevent setting. Next on my bucket list.. Pumo. Atlanta, GA. Wed Sep 23 2026

It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. The paired units are awesome. The controls are user friendly and I love how quiet the machines run. I could not more satisfied and happy. Thank you LG!. Seattlesally. Seatlle. Mon Dec 30 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a dryer that actually dries clothes when it says the cycle is complete. We purchased the dryer and washer together and both have been great so far. I am only planning on speaking to the dryer though. First the positives, - The dryer uses heat pump tech, meaning no ventilation needed, which was a huge bonus for us. - It is noticeably gentler on clothes. - Dries clothes and comforters completely in a single cycle, without needing to rotate them. - It is very quiet, very different from what I've had in the past. - Lint trap is very easy to clean - With the app, it has a decent amount of features and customizations. - Looks very modern. Now the negatives, - Scatches easily. It already got a small scratch that happened during the install process. For the price, I'd expect better durability. - It take on average twice as long to dry clothes due to this being a ventless dryer. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the product but that is because we were okay with the trade offs. You might have to evaluate that for yourself.. Rjs9. Thu Aug 06 2026
