Within two weeks of plugging in the fridge, it stopped cooling. Wayfair refused to assist us and urged us to go through Summit instead. Summit's customer service is horrendous - it took weeks. They sent out three different repairmen - each taking at least 5 days after scheduling to arrive. None had any reasonable solution, with the final repairman looking at the unit when I told him what was wrong and what had been attempted to fix it already and responding with "I don't know why they sent me. You just need a new unit, there's no fix." Wayfair has been miserable to honor the warranty and replace the unit. They have missed deliveries, shown up on wrong days, and have refused to honor their word and remove the old unit for us. It has been near two months without a fridge.
