What I love about it is the easy clean up feature. You can wash everything it picked up using the wet nozzle without cleaning the actual vacuum. Which isn't the case with other Pet Stain Eraser models. I also like that there's two nozzles the wet and the dry. My only complaint would be that it needs a stronger battery. I did notice battery power fading and extraction performance fade as the battery drained. It wasn't much of a difference, maybe 15% power reduction but it did dry my rugs after cleaning pet messes.. Does a good job for what it is (very compact and easy to use). Not a good tool for cleaning larger areas (fluid containers are very small) but great for spot treatments. As a past user of full sized portable Bissell carpet cleaners with big fluid tanks, which needed to be plugged into an electrical outlet while in use, I am loving the cordless feature, and ease of emptying and cleaning the fluid compartments (not to mention how little space is needed to store it - could even go on a shelf).. A compact, lightweight handheld vacuum, the Bissell PowerSwift makes daily cleaning a breeze- especially in a house like mine with messy kids, a dog that sheds, and two busy adults who are just trying to keep up with it all. Upon opening the box, I was delighted to see that the PowerSwift came with a small plug to charge the product, rather than a cumbersome charging station that so many others require. Because of this, the PowerSwift doesn't require a ton of room to store or counterspace to charge, which means we can keep it handy so it's at the ready when we need it... and we need it often! The PowerSwift is really, really great for cleaning pretty much anything up- especially crumbs on kitchen counters and pet hair- two things we battle daily in our house. Its suction is excellent, and it has two settings, so you can step it up when you need some extra power. Since I'm on the short side, I also really appreciate that the PowerSwift is very lightweight, so it's easy to lift over my head and reach doorway corners to clean spider webs.
