[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge for 3 days so not sure how it will hold up long term. However, so far it's been great. The fridge is cold and the food feels fresh coming out. The ice maker has worked as it should. The sphere ice started off slow but has gotten better and the shape has gotten better after a day or 2. The lighting is great inside the fridge. The freezer could be a bit bigger but not terrible.. Samsungpro. California. Mon Oct 19 2026

I love the design and room of this new fridge. However the ice dispenser is NOT good. Does not dispense ice consistently. I have to reach up from outside and release ice. This ice dispenser design is NOT user friendly.. Bodkin. Tue Aug 18 2026

Extra-large capacity 4-door French door refrigerator with customizable and changeable door panels available in a variety of colors and finishes featuring Samsung’s family hub which lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family’s calendars, stream music, see who’s at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge. It also features a beverage center with both a water dispenser and an AutoFill water pitcher. Plus a dual ice maker with cubed ice and ice bites.

Getting the Fridge from Wayfair was a much more pleasant experience than ordering it from Samsung. We waited for our original purchase from Samsung for almost a month. We eventually canceled our order and purchased it from Wayfair because Samsung could not give us a concrete delivery date. But that was not without another big hiccup. The fridge did not come with any panels, though the images show the default panels attached. If you carefully look at the description, it says “panel ready.” Tricky if you don’t catch it at first. We love the fridge and all its features. The compartments and the beverage hub fit all our refrigerated food in a very organized way. The ice feature is cool too! It makes regular and bite-sized cubes. The water jug with the flavor diffuser is also cool. The sensor allows the pitcher to be filled when necessary. With all that we love, the fridge in our kitchen looks like an unfinished product. Wayfair only has the middle and bottom panels for sale, so even if I had paid attention and ordered them from Wayfair, I would have encountered the problem of not having the panels in the color I wanted. The only company with the panels we wanted was, you guessed it… Samsung. And though we were promised all three panels on the same date, one arrived, and we are in the second week waiting for the other two panels to arrive. When the one panel arrived, it was the color we wanted, but not the finish. It turns out the color we wanted only comes in matte though we wanted a reflective glass finish like the one that came as the default color on the hub. This was our fault again because we trusted the images rather than the product description. I don’t think Wayfair is not responsible for the debacle. I believe that Samsung didn’t have enough foresight to realize that having customizable panels would leave inventory problems all around because there is no way to know what colors will sell faster in one area to the next. They are also responsible for the images they use to feature their product. Would I order this product again? Yes. I love the fridge and its features, but I am disappointed to wait so long for the panels. Will I continue to order from Wayfair? Absolutely! They always have excellent customer service and their delivery date is always accurate. I look forward to getting the rest of the panels from Samsung.. Kentucke6. Madison, NJ. Fri Apr 28 2023

The cutting-edge design and performance of LG refrigerators are unmatched. Designed to last long, store more, and add style to your home, an LG refrigerator keeps food cold and fresh in a space-saving and stylish unit.

so far it is keeping cold. the freezer space is cut down with the extra ice maker,if i leave it off and use the extra room, i am in fear that the ice may not start working again. i really like it,but it might not start working if it is left off to long. so i have been informed by LG. The water filter assembly could be improved. mine broke and had to be replaced right after the purchase Sometimes when replacing the filter the bypass switch won't shut and then it sprays water inside the refrigerator .. 22tcmboy. Why choose between the built-in style you love and the storage space you need? LG innovates a way to give you both. With the capacity you typically get in a standard-depth refrigerator packaged in a sleek, counter-depth design that blends seamlessly with surrounding cabinets, you sacrifice nothing on either front. The look is seamless, the storage, spacious—but that’s just the beginning. Outfitted with a Mirror InstaView® window, just knock twice to see inside the refrigerator and then watch it transform back to an ultra-sleek mirror finish when you’re done. With the ability to make 4 types of ice, including LG’s exclusive slow-melting Craft Ice™ and quick-chilling mini-cubed ice, you’ll be party-ready at a moment’s notice. If there was ever a refrigerator designed to reflect your personal style, this is it.

Getting used to the new features. User Guide doesn't show all the features in detail i.e. the door ice maker. we had difficulty removing the loaded ice bucket as the ice had packed in tight. Finally empty the bucket to start a new load.. Ellie1915. Sun Lakes. Tue Sep 08 2026
