I just received my Tineco vacuum, and my first impression is excellent. It was easy to set up, feels well built, and has a modern, user-friendly design. I'm looking forward to putting it through its paces, but so far I'm very impressed with the overall quality and ease of use. Excited to see how it performs in everyday cleaning!. Anonymous. I loved the floor cleaner and it worked great, however for some reason I thought that the cleaner used hot water or heated water or stream on the floor when cleaning. The description can be quite confusing. It does not. It uses cool tap water and no steam. I ended up loving it so much though that I returned the product the next day and bought the next model up with steam. I do think it is overpriced and in my opinion for the price of this model, should have heated water or steam. The next one up is even pricier. Wayfair was awesome about the return, except I had to pay for she shipping so lost some money. I just didn’t want to keep something this expensive that wasn’t going to fit my needs.. Christine. NY.
