Pro: Great wet vac! Did a much better job at stain removal than I expected. Oil based stain in my seat came completely out. Several winters of caked in mud and salt came right out of my floorboards, leaving them looking new. Easy to clean the vacuum when you're done using it. Con: The dry vac only seemed to be an afterthought. For a vacuum designed for a car it was clunky and didn't reach well under seats or in crevices. Did an ok job, but left a LOT behind. I received my crosswave right on time. Set up was very easy, instructions were easy to follow. I appreciate the effortless maneuverability and great suction. The floor was dry in no time and was streak free! The run time is 22 minutes, which is perfect for our home. We have 2 cats 1 with long hair the other with short and a German shepherd.
