We use the AI feature setting all the time as it figures to exactly the time needed to do a thorough cleaning. The top tray is an added bonus for additional glasses and flatware. Another feature we like is that the door opens up went the cycle is finished, allowing steam to escape. I like the light indication on the front panel to let you know if it is running or on. The SmartThings app connectivity is a great feature and was simple to set up. I use it regularly to manage my washes. I also love having one app to run all of my appliances in the house. The interior racks feel sturdy and durable. They hold more than I expected and have good spacing. I am a big fan of the third rack and AI wash feature. The Smart Dry works well and I appreciate the Autorelease feature for the door once the cycle is complete to let me know that it is done. Its beautiful design pairs perfectly with my Samsung fridge, and it runs so quietly that I actually have to double check if I turned it on. I'm really impressed by how lightweight the door is, and the third rack for utensils is a total game changer, it does save so much space . My old unit would leave food stuck on dishes even after an hour long cycle, but this one leaves everything completely spotless and shining.
