For our kitchen remodel we were looking to change to a 36" range, and evaluated many models available. Based on looks and features, we decided to go with the Café model. It has only been in use for 3 weeks so far, but we love the burners and the spacious oven. Having connectivity to the phone is great as well. The Wayfair app is wonderful. My account was updated continuously which allowed me to track my new 36" range. It was so exciting and it actually came a day early, and was close to the beginning of the 4 hour delivery window. I was called day before, morning of, and received text from the actual delivery team informing me of the ETA. The delivery team was very efficient and professional. They opened my range so I could inspect it, and placed it exactly where I wanted it so I could install the appliance cord and slide it in place. I LOVE my new range! I would certainly recommend Wayfair to anyone looking for special order items with reliable delivery. PERFECT!. Doug. Springfield, VA. Fri Oct 09 2026
