Works so good! Finally, a mop that washes itself as it cleans. My hardwood floors are not just water pushed around with a dirty mop, it rotates the brushes and rinses the mop. I am confused on how the vacuum works, but it does work well. So far so good. The map learning is easier than my former robot vacuums and mops. So smart! I may need to get a second just for my bottom floor and let them live in two places, caring for each floor while I sit at home and work remotely. Used the mop method for the 1st time. It does a pretty good job. Not like a hand mop but it does clean up sticky spills and picks up dirt left behind but the vacuum. Set up was a breeze and mapped the house pretty quick. Splitting rooms and creating zones was a lot easier than I would have ever guessed. Its size is just right. This little robot gets in and around my dining room table and chairs, which is an area that my other robot vacuum couldn't do without having to remove the chairs. The roller-style mopping system does a much better job cleaning my floors then the vibration mop on my other robot. As for the vacuum system, I have five dogs, and the hair is a problem, but this vacuum system seems to be handling it just fine, whereas my older robot had difficulty with clogs and hair winding up in the rollers. I have had other non Roomba iRobots in the past but they either didn't clean at all or they broke within the first few months. So when I wanted to upgrade I made sure I went with the tried and trusted Roomba and so glad that I did as this product is amazing. I was never a fan of cleaning the house especially the floors, which are carpet, tile and hard wood floors in our house. But thanks to the Roomba Max 775 my floors are the cleanest they have ever been and I have more time to clean the rest of the house while also freeing up time thanks to not having to clean the floors weekly. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids, so they are always tracking in mud, dirt, hair, etc, so I am always pulling out the broom or mop to clean the floors at least twice a week, but not anymore thanks to this product. I really like the smart app integration which lets me program when the floors are cleaned, so I set it to roam the house when we are out for the day, and come home to sparkling clean floors. The app also lets me customize clean zones and adjust the water flow for the tile and hardwood floors in my home. The 4x suction kicks in on the carpet for a deep clean, and the mop cover is retractable for a full on dry. With dogs, I am loving the anti-tangle bristles as this used to be the cause of other irobot cleaners breaking due to the hairs tangling the bristles or clogging the machine. This is not the case with this Roomba as it can handle pet hair and human hair with ease. The AutoWash dock cleans up afterward leaving me with more time with the family and not lugging dirty water buckets throughout the house to dump out. The mop roller gets cleaned once it returns for the dock station with 165 degree fahrenheit water. Absolutely can’t beat this awesome little machine! Very intuitive and maps out the rooms all at its own. I love that I can start this wherever I am via the app tons of accessories. I also find it really cool that I don’t have to do all of the rooms in my house. I can just choose one and it goes. I have three dogs, and I can tell you they leave quite the mess all the time. This little guy makes my vacuuming 10 times easier when I pull out the actual vacuum during the week. I truly cannot recommend this product enough.
