Great little ice maker. I love how slim it is in comparison to my previous maker. A fairly quiet unit and has been running for a few days now with no issues. The light on the inside is a nice feature and goes well with my led lit water dispenser at night for dim light. The door is a bit awkward but I’ll get used to it. My previous maker had a top lift door and it was easier to scoop the ice out - this one you have to pull the drawer out so far or all the way to access the ice. This is a nice ice maker. I love cocktails and I have a ton of different ice makers, but none that make clear ice. I've made ice three times now and I still can't get the ice to come out perfectly square and clear -- an edge is always a little fuzzy or cracked, or there are some streaks running through. But overall I would say the ice is 90% clear and it looks even better when it's in the glass. The maker itself is fairly large, but I think it has to be to make the clear ice, and it's a little tricky to get the ice part out. Exactly what I was looking for. If you love to chomp on ice, this ice maker is what you need. I have had this for a month and use it daily. So far, no complaints. Update less than 3 months later and it’s no longer works. Have done routine cleaning and only use water from jugs. I have done all the troubleshooting from Gevi and it still doesn’t work.
