Gave it a 4 star due to the condition of the box when it arrived. Corner taped back on and crushed in several places. The sweeper itself appears to be really great.. Super light weight and runs very quietly..I think I will really like the attachments once I use them. Very pleased with the purchase. Shipping needs some help.. Joyce. Auburn, IN. Fri Nov 22 2024

Suction on this vacuum is awesome but it is so strong that it sucks up our thinner carpets. We have a large oriental rug and this vacuum works well on it. Our problem is that we have several thinner runners and the vacuum sucks them into the mechanism, clogging the brush. Our runners are in the process of being destroyed by this vacuum. I called customer service about the problem but they had no workarounds. We will now have to buy another, smaller vacuum to clean our runners.. Ron. Chicago, IL. Sun Sep 24 2023

I love this vacuum. Birds are messy and this vacuum adjusts from bare floor to that shaggy rug like it doesn’t even notice. Exceptionally sucky!! AND a washable filter to boot! This thing is perfect.. Sonya. Boonville, MO. Thu Oct 10 2024

This hand vacuum comes with a motorized pet head that helps you pick up pet hair without it getting tangled in the brush. Lithium technology gives it powerful suction to help pick up even bigger messes like food and litter. Plus, its onboard crevice tool and push-in brush give you a deeper level of cleaning. And, after cleaning, dump the dirt and hair without touching it with the no-mess, easy-empty dustbin.

I didn't have to charge it up out the box. I started sucking up my construction dust before I needed to charge it up initially. I recommended it. The only caveat is that it doesn't have a crevice tool to get in the tight areas of the home and car. But it's a good pet vac.. Sheila. Brooklyn, NY. Wed Apr 29 2026
