It is really a nice machine. I did find the ice to be on the smaller side and wanted to return it. But it really keeps my water cold. Looks like a good ice maker. Got this one to replace the other ice maker we have. We have cleaning issues with the old ice maker and are hoping we don't have that with this machine. Great little ice maker. I love how slim it is in comparison to my previous maker. A fairly quiet unit and has been running for a few days now with no issues. The light on the inside is a nice feature and goes well with my led lit water dispenser at night for dim light. The door is a bit awkward but I’ll get used to it. My previous maker had a top lift door and it was easier to scoop the ice out - this one you have to pull the drawer out so far or all the way to access the ice. This is a nice ice maker. I love cocktails and I have a ton of different ice makers, but none that make clear ice. I've made ice three times now and I still can't get the ice to come out perfectly square and clear -- an edge is always a little fuzzy or cracked, or there are some streaks running through. But overall I would say the ice is 90% clear and it looks even better when it's in the glass. The maker itself is fairly large, but I think it has to be to make the clear ice, and it's a little tricky to get the ice part out.
