I love my little Henry vacuum! It's like cleaning with Thomas and Friends and does a great job. I actually had to retrain myself how to vacuum because it only takes a light touch compared to the force I had to put behind my upright vacuum (which was considered lightweight at the time I bought it 5 years ago). The bags last for several cleanings and the tools are all very easy to use. The fact that it has a happy face makes cleaning a bit less of a chore, too! :) I recommend this vacuum, as I have noticed a significant decline in allergies when I use it. With my old upright bagless vac, I would cough and sneeze for a solid day after cleaning. Great suction. That's what counts. Easy to maneuver. The canister is a bit heavier than I expected, but quite manageable. I like the fact that it uses hepa bags. I bought this for my house, not commercial use. I have smooth floors throughout and a very tight woven carpet runner in the stairs. The accessories are a good variety. All and all, just what I was looking for. I've scene these in some buildings and have ways wanted one. Cheaper than a lot of household vacuums like Miele for instance.
