Used this today for the first time. I never used one before. Takes getting use to but works great. Cooked my sons burgers well. You must center the pan on the unit first, otherwise it will display a u like symbol and turn off. So make sure magnetic pan is on the unit and then power on. Also I love the H it displays when cooling off to let you know the unit is still Hot. I purchased out of laziness. Tired of cleaning the entire stove just to make burgers or whatever...lol. its easier to wipe down the counter and clean the unit. I am so happy. I bought the CASAINC Ge Natural Gas w/5 Burners. It’s roomy enough to use with different pot sizes without having them hitting against each other. It’s easy to clean and very efficient in cooking. I also bought the 900 CFM Ducted Under Cabinet Range Hood which I live also. I am an Asian and have been living in USA for 25 years .The most drive me crazy is cooking an Asian meal, because I never can find the strong burners for my needs. I ordered this stove few days ago and came two days later. Great and convenient cooktop that can be used with a gas OR propane. The knobs are easy to turn on and off. Flame is easy to control for low or high fire, depending on what you're cooking. This product seems to be a good product so far and is a much more updated product than my previous stove top. It's functionality is good and has a blue light on the knobs indicating which burner is on which I really like. We got this gas range to replace our older one as the dimensions were what we needed. The look is squared and gives a modern feel to a kitchen. The material is of a high quality. The area that contains splashes and drips is fairly shallow, so it will need to be maintained clean, or spill over will be certain. The only thing I will need to get used to is the rack is very close to the gas knobs, and I’m afraid they will get hot during use and could pose a burn hazard.
