We purchased the dryer and washer together and both have been great so far. I am only planning on speaking to the dryer though. First the positives, - The dryer uses heat pump tech, meaning no ventilation needed, which was a huge bonus for us. - It is noticeably gentler on clothes. - Dries clothes and comforters completely in a single cycle, without needing to rotate them. - It is very quiet, very different from what I've had in the past. - Lint trap is very easy to clean - With the app, it has a decent amount of features and customizations. - Looks very modern. Now the negatives, - Scatches easily. It already got a small scratch that happened during the install process. For the price, I'd expect better durability. - It take on average twice as long to dry clothes due to this being a ventless dryer. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick,efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025

The dryer works great. Thanks for asking. The delivery team was awesome. They used harness straps and guided the dryer upstairs to the laundry room. The delivery team said the use of harness straps would avoid damages to the property and merchandise as the delivery of the washer. While delivering the dryer, the techs also noticed scratch damages to the washer door, which was visible to us with sunlight. The washer was delivered by Appliance Home Delivery techs, which resulted in multiple damages to the exterior home stucco at the porch entry,, noticed while the owner, Edgar, of Appliance Home Delivery was visiting to address damages to the interior walls, which was reported to the property manager, scrapes and dirt on the interior walls, which was cleaned up by the owner of the Appliance Home Delivery, and scratches on the doors of the washer, noticed by Appliance Home Delivery techs while delivering the dryer, which was remedied by Wayfair, with discounts applied to the costs of the washer.
