Wow! Talk about suction! This machine definitely has the power. I have an area rug and this vacuum picked dirt and dog hair up without spreading it. No dust particles floating in the air! I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). The light on the vacuum is such a lifesaver.. you can see everything in your floor and while it’s horrifying seeing before vacuuming it’s also so so satisfying to see how great your floors look post vaccuming. Vacuum cleaners!! We can’t seem to find what works best for us. But after much frustration and research we decided on this one. So far, so good. We’ve only used it a couple of times so far so I cannot speak to longevity or reliability, but it works well. It was easy to put together. The removable parts are easy to take off and put back on. We love the 30 foot cord. On our first use, it was unbelievable how much dirt and hair it picked up. It was kind of disgusting to think our floor was that bad. Also, the two things this model has that the other models of the same series doesn’t have is the LED lights, which really seems to help and also a handheld attachment which has a rotating brush. I don’t even remember seeing that in the write up but it will be perfect for upholstery and curtains. We’re happy that we gave this brand a try. Hopefully it will prove to be dependable.
