This Roomba saves me SO much time cleaning. You can set different routines daily, every other day, once a week, whatever you want and you can have multiple different routines for different times. The app is extremely easy to navigate. I currently have 3 different routines programmed, one of which is daily. It can be programmed to vacuum, mop, or vacuum and mop at the same time. There are also multiple different settings for vacuum suctioning and mop settings. During mopping the mop pads come out so that it gets into corners and along the baseboards. I don’t even have to think about starting the Roomba because it automatically starts and redocks itself along with self emptying dirty water and emptying what is vacuumed up. The Roomba maps your house and goes in a pattern when cleaning so nothing is left untouched. It has sensors on it so it never runs into walls, furniture, etc. The app allows you to mark no go areas where the vacuum won’t ever go. It also allows you to do spot cleaning or request to clean specific rooms. If it is in the middle of a routine you can pause or end it. It is not very loud at all compared to the last robot vacuum I had. It is louder on carpet than it is on hardwood. The two things I have noticed which bother me are: 1. It will run over cords and does not notice/ does not stop. And 2. It does not alert you when the dock needs to be emptied so you just have to occasionally check. Absolutely can’t beat this awesome little machine! Very intuitive and maps out the rooms all at its own. I love that I can start this wherever I am via the app tons of accessories. Excellent time-saving robot cleaner, in general terms. Instructions not particularly clear - manual refers to “icons”, but gives no image of them or imparts any useful info about where to find them in the menu! Who on Earth wrote it😳? The manual also states that one is limited to using only the Vacuum function, when deploying the machine on a floor other than the one on which the dock is kept. This is nonsense - one can easily use the “Vacuum and Wash” function for any floor, but the manual does not explain how to do it. I had to work it out for myself. Cleaning finish is very good (so far). Machine’s self-cleaning mode is quite noisy, so choose the dock’s location wisely! Mapping is very straightforward. As with all Dyson equipment, it’s on the overly expensive side. We will wait to see what its durability is like. Our Dyson vacuum cleaner battery required replacing far sooner than we had expected….
