Pro: Great wet vac! Did a much better job at stain removal than I expected. Oil based stain in my seat came completely out. Several winters of caked in mud and salt came right out of my floorboards, leaving them looking new. Easy to clean the vacuum when you're done using it. Con: The dry vac only seemed to be an afterthought. For a vacuum designed for a car it was clunky and didn't reach well under seats or in crevices. Did an ok job, but left a LOT behind. I rarely write reviews, but after using the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Rewind Vacuum (model 27909), I felt compelled to sing its praises. If you live with pets and are constantly battling fur tumbleweeds and dander like I am, this vacuum is a total game changer. Let’s start with the setup—straight out of the box, assembly was super intuitive. Within minutes, I had it up and running without needing to glance at the instructions more than once. It’s lightweight but still feels sturdy, and the design is sleek and modern. It doesn’t scream “pet vacuum,” which I appreciate. Performance-wise, this thing is an absolute beast. I have two cats, and their fur gets everywhere—furniture, rugs, corners, hardwood floors, you name it. This vacuum doesn’t flinch. The suction is powerful, and the tangle-free brush roll is no joke. I’ve had vacuums in the past where pet hair would wrap around the brush and kill the motor or need constant cleaning. Not here. After several uses, there was zero tangling and barely any maintenance required. That alone deserves applause. One of my favorite features is the automatic cord rewind. It sounds minor, but it’s the kind of small convenience that makes cleaning feel less like a chore. Just push a button, and the cord zips away neatly—no more winding or wrangling cords. The swivel steering makes it super agile, even around table legs and tight spaces. Plus, the edge-to-edge cleaning is legit—it picks up debris right up to the wall, so you’re not left having to go back in with a handheld. The dust cup is easy to empty, and it doesn’t make a mess. I can vacuum my whole space in one go without having to stop and empty it multiple times. If I had to nitpick, I wish the vacuum were just a touch quieter—but honestly, with everything else it does right, that’s not a dealbreaker at all. this steam mop works great. I have pets and teenagers so things get spilled regularly. It is easy to use and cleans the floors nicely. The pads are easy to remove and wash in the laundry. The only thing is, I wish the cord was just a little bit longer and that the reservoir for the water was a little bit bigger. It's my new best frienemy. It works great, BUT it randomly leaks?! Our dog has started having accidents in his old age so we needed something compact to clean up after him. Slow and steady passes is the key. The suction is great and most surfaces are dry within 10-30 minutes. I've used it on our carpeted stairs, microfiber couch, and LVP flooring. Thick carpet needs a few passes for set in stains and to make sure you've got all the liquid out. For the microfiber, it worked wonders and dried faster than the carpet. Using it to clean up accidents on the vinyl flooring was really helpful, the suction came in clutch, I didn't have to worry about any liquids soaking through to the sub flooring, it dried almost instantly. The auto clean just cleans the clear head piece, so I took the advice of another reviewer. If you want to clean the hose then once you've emptied the dirty tank, put it back together and fill a container with hot water, suck that up, and repeat til your dirty tank water looks clear. So far, I haven't noticed any funky smells from it. When switching the head from spray to auto clean and back, it'll leak a bit of cleaner, no big deal. Unfortunately, I've noticed after some cleans that there'll be a pool of dirty water underneath the machine, not exactly sure where it's coming from or how to fix this problem. It could just be user error. Current solution is keeping a rag underneath during storage and when I'm moving it around for cleaning. I wanted to give 3 stars for all my complaints, but my only comparison would be a full sized carpet cleaner that I'd rented from a store, which only faded set in stains and took all day to dry. Compared to that, it's leagues better, light weight, somewhat easy to clean since most parts come off and apart except the hose itself, and it takes up very little room for storage. What I love about it is the easy clean up feature. You can wash everything it picked up using the wet nozzle without cleaning the actual vacuum. Which isn't the case with other Pet Stain Eraser models. I also like that there's two nozzles the wet and the dry. My only complaint would be that it needs a stronger battery. I did notice battery power fading and extraction performance fade as the battery drained. It wasn't much of a difference, maybe 15% power reduction but it did dry my rugs after cleaning pet messes..
