I was initially very disappointed. The unit came with several defects (scratches, dents) and appeared to have been dropped. I contacted customer service and a new unit was to be shipped. Nice machine. I like that it makes two different sizes of ice. I purchased it with a 3 yr. warranty because I wouldnt have a clue on how to fix it if it were to stop working.
