After renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to finally have my own set and that it’s from Wayfair! I did quite a bit of research before choosing which set to purchase, and GE consistently stood out as a trusted brand with a long-standing reputation. I purchased installation along with my washer and dryer, but unfortunately there was a mix-up. The set was delivered on time, but the driver’s paperwork didn’t show my installation package. After several calls with Wayfair, I ultimately decided to find my own technician to get everything installed. It wasn’t a step I expected to have to take, but Wayfair was apologetic and refunded me a nice amount, so I was satisfied with how they made it right. When it came to choosing a dryer, I really didn’t need anything overly complicated. I wasn’t looking for a touchscreen, WiFi connectivity, or a ton of high-tech features—I wanted something simple, reliable, and up-to-date enough to get the job done. That’s exactly what I received with this GE dryer. I can put my clothes in, dry them without a problem, and keep it moving! If you’re also looking for a dependable dryer without all the unnecessary bells and whistles, I highly recommend this one.. Jalyssa. Stonecrest, GA. Fri Sep 25 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with my purchase, the machine wash cycles are perfect for my meds. I love that I can choose the water level. It holds a large size load and the spin cycle is the best I’ve had. Although the agitator is louder, it definitely gets my laundry clean.. Platinum Dva. Fresno, Texas. Tue Oct 20 2026

Wayfair handled all the delivery in a prompt way I love my washer and dryer. Anonymous. Wed Aug 13 2025

I love it it great. Anonymous. Tue Sep 29 2026

The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick, efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025

So far, so good. I've only had this washer and dryer for 2 1/2 weeks, but I have done several loads of laundry, including a very heavy queen size comforter, and have had no problems. Neither the washer nor dryer is too loud. The water level seems to be sufficient for most loads, although I have been using liquid softener, so I have used the deep fill several times. I have connected it to my WiFi, but have not looked for the extra cycles yet. It does tell me, on my phone, when the laundry is almost done, and when it is complete. The only criticism I can offer at this time is that the beep levels (although they are linked to high sound) are not very loud. The other negative is that when I choose a particular cycle and try to adjust the options, such as wash temp, soil level, spin selection, I am not allowed to choose some of the options I want; I guess some cycles are set as a default cycle and extra choices are limited. But, all in all, I love, the color, the different cycles and settings and the dryer dries much more quickly than my old dryer. I read hundreds of reviews of all the different manufacturers before I purchased this set. I also read the negative reviews of this set, but, so far, so good!. Grandmafromfl. Boca Raton, FL. Bought the washer with the pedestal washer and dryer to replace our older set that was too bulky. This set is sleeker and has the same heavy duty power as the first set we purchased.
