Isn't porcelain some type of ceramic? I wonder how they turn it into a surface layering for this stove. I think they did a great job. The burners are also pretty solid. Cast iron grate seems hard-wearing. The grates on my old range eventually began to rust, which I doubt would happen to the grates on this one. But, I think it's too black, but that's just me. Overall, I'm impressed by the classic and sophisticated appeal, which isn't always the case in many other stovetops.. Theresa88. Springfield, Massachusetts. Mon Aug 15 2022

I absolutely love this range. There are multiple burner sizes and the weighted control knobs provide controlled, tactile feedback which I greatly prefer over digital burner controls! The ranges are also wonderful and I like the slide out sturdy rack system. If I could improve this item, I would make an adapter shelf to fill the hole in the air fryer rack when you remove the actual basket because if you leave the rack in without the basket then there is a big hole in the very nice slide out rack which feels wasteful because it then requires removal of the entire unit instead of just the basket ..
