The Induction Cooktop combines the power of gas with the easy clean-up of electricity to give you the utmost cooking flexibility. Induction cooking is 70% more efficient than gas and 20% more efficient than electricity and offers more responsive, exceptional temperature control at low and high heat, so it is gentle enough to melt chocolate and powerful enough to boil water. And because heat is generated directly in the cookware, the cooktop stays cooler to the touch, making it safer and easier to clean. Induction elements are compatible with most stainless steel and cast-iron cookware. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of a pot or pan, it is induction friendly. It offers the best in contemporary design matched with the latest in appliance technologies to transform the way you live.

I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. Im used to having a larger range of low, med-low, med, med-high, and high. This stove has low, med, high. Thats it. It looks impressive to guests. wayfair had fastest shipping.. Rebecca. I have been using this for a couple of months now, I am so impressed. I can boil water so fast. Food cooks fast and effecient. I do have to use it on a lower setting than I am use to because it heats so even and fast. Like med heat is a setting of 3-4, in stead of other stoves where it's like 6-7. Easy to use, easy to clean, so sleek and modern. No knobs to clean under or around makes it so much nicer than tradienal coil stoves or gas burners where food gets stuck everywhere. Commercial Gas Range：Our gas stove features direct flame coverage for even heating across the entire pan. Intense heat and fast warming make it an essential tool for chefs, ensuring quick meal preparation.

Enjoy the ease, speed, and safety of induction cooking with a selection of energy-efficient induction cooktops. It comes in a popular size ideal for smaller kitchen spaces, including hotel suites and studio apartments. This unit requires professional installation (cord not included). Ideal for boiling large pots of water or cooking with woks and other large cookware. Centered upfront for convenient use, the touch controls allow intuitive operation, with a slider control panel that makes it easy to adjust your heat. The digital display shows which elements are in use and their power setting. Audible beeps sound when the touch controls are activated. This cooktop is equipped with a child lock that allows you to disable the controls to prevent unintended heating. A "stop & go" function allows you to immediately turn both zones off if needed, with the last settings resuming when reactivated. This unit also includes a timer function that lets you program a power level and cook time (up to 99 minutes) that can either turn the unit off when complete or serve as a visual countdown with an audible alert when the set time has been reached. Safety features include automatic shutdown, overheat protection, and overflow protection, which will temporarily disable the power if boiling liquid touches the control panel. With its ideal size and advanced safety features, this is the perfect cooktop to ensure intuitive, safe cooking in a variety of small kitchen settings. Additional choices are available in smaller and larger sizes, as well as radiant and coil styles. Note: Induction cooling utilizes magnetized energy that starts inside the cookware, meaning the temperature of the actual cooktop surface does not get nearly as hot as traditional gas or electric elements. Most of the heat is retained inside your cookware, making induction technology the most efficient heating method for your kitchen. Because induction cooking requires magnetic energy, your cookware must be made of cast iron, steel, or magnetic stainless steel. Materials that will not work include aluminum, copper, and non-magnetic stainless steel. Many of your current pots and pans may already be induction-friendly. To determine if your cookware will work on an induction surface, simply place a magnet (such as one hanging on your refrigerator) on the bottom of the pan. If the magnet sticks, the pan will cook. Summit also offers induction cookware sets for purchase.

This cooktop is amazing. This is my first introduction to induction cooking. I will never go back to a conventional electric cooktop again. Kathy. Hummelstown, PA. Sun Aug 13 2023
