I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. The paired units are awesome. The controls are user friendly and I love how quiet the machines run. I could not more satisfied and happy. Thank you LG!. Seattlesally. Seatlle. Mon Dec 30 2024

Bought the washer with the pedestal washer and dryer to replace our older set that was too bulky. This set is sleeker and has the same heavy duty power as the first set we purchased. Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I also like the duo door which is convenient for loading and unloading. Overall very happy and no complaints. My previous dryer lasted 14 years so I'm hoping this one does too.. Dee Do. Bronx, NY. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a dryer that actually dries clothes when it says the cycle is complete. We purchased the dryer and washer together and both have been great so far. I am only planning on speaking to the dryer though. First the positives, - The dryer uses heat pump tech, meaning no ventilation needed, which was a huge bonus for us. - It is noticeably gentler on clothes. - Dries clothes and comforters completely in a single cycle, without needing to rotate them. - It is very quiet, very different from what I've had in the past. - Lint trap is very easy to clean - With the app, it has a decent amount of features and customizations. - Looks very modern. Now the negatives, - Scatches easily. It already got a small scratch that happened during the install process. For the price, I'd expect better durability. - It take on average twice as long to dry clothes due to this being a ventless dryer. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the product but that is because we were okay with the trade offs. You might have to evaluate that for yourself.. Rjs9. Thu Aug 06 2026

After renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to finally have my own set and that it’s from Wayfair! I did quite a bit of research before choosing which set to purchase, and GE consistently stood out as a trusted brand with a long-standing reputation. I purchased installation along with my washer and dryer, but unfortunately there was a mix-up. The set was delivered on time, but the driver’s paperwork didn’t show my installation package. After several calls with Wayfair, I ultimately decided to find my own technician to get everything installed. It wasn’t a step I expected to have to take, but Wayfair was apologetic and refunded me a nice amount, so I was satisfied with how they made it right. When it came to choosing a dryer, I really didn’t need anything overly complicated. I wasn’t looking for a touchscreen, WiFi connectivity, or a ton of high-tech features—I wanted something simple, reliable, and up-to-date enough to get the job done. That’s exactly what I received with this GE dryer. I can put my clothes in, dry them without a problem, and keep it moving! If you’re also looking for a dependable dryer without all the unnecessary bells and whistles, I highly recommend this one.. Jalyssa. Stonecrest, GA. Fri Sep 25 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product arrived a month later than expected. However, the focus will be on the functionality of the dryer itself. We absolutely enjoy the dryer. Makes minimum noise and hardly vibrates. The location of the lint trap is thoughtfully placed. The screen is easy to use and we enjoy the notification chime. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars us because of the various settings. I've experimented with a few and the dry time is less than what the machine advertises at times. Capacity is great but the drying time is based on load size and what temperature is set. For example, I have to dry my towels twice despite using the towel setting. Have yet to try the wrinkle prevent setting. Next on my bucket list.. Pumo. Atlanta, GA. Wed Sep 23 2026
