I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this ice maker is quite good for what it was worth. The ice actually lasts for a decent amount of time, and even if it does melt the water goes right back into tank and gets reused for new ice. And it makes a decent amount of ice each time and once it gets going it gets going quickly. It makes a soft sound when making the ice. I think out of all the ones I’ve looked at this is the better option for an affordable ice maker! I also like that it tells you when it’s time to add water.. Fatima. US. Sun May 19 2024

This ice maker has been a great addition to our home, giving us plenty of ice whenever we need it. We use it at our summer camp by the beach, and it’s been so convenient for keeping drinks and coolers stocked without constantly buying bags of ice. It arrived well-packaged with no damage, and it came with everything needed to set it up, like a stainless-steel scoop and a water supply kit, which was convenient. The stainless-steel design looks sleek, and it’s not as bulky as I thought it might be. It’s also quieter than expected, which is a bonus. The 120lbs/24H commercial ice machine is a good working machine. It looks exactly like the picture. I was a little disappointed that I order one that had a 2way water filter. That you could use your 5 gallon water bottles as a water source. Picture and description said that. When I got it, it was not the right one. It had also been damaged some. Wayfair customer service quickly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the same(wrong one) again. We decided to just keep it and figure out a different spot to keep it. I really wanted the water source to be our culligan water. Our county water is terrible. That’s why we ordered that particular one. Oh well, back to the drawing board. This one looks good, it is smaller than one we ordered, works well. All items come with it. Which makes it easy to install.. Melissa. Edenton, NC. Mon Feb 10 2025

Shipping was very fast. There are some cosmetic issues this ice maker though. The picture shows it in a stainless steel but when it arrived it’s a white paint. I wish it was in the stainless steel because the paint is scratched or completely chipped off in some places. It works well though without the paint issues.. Bonnie. PA. Tue Jun 09 2026
