Great little ice maker. I love how slim it is in comparison to my previous maker. A fairly quiet unit and has been running for a few days now with no issues. The light on the inside is a nice feature and goes well with my led lit water dispenser at night for dim light. The door is a bit awkward but I’ll get used to it. My previous maker had a top lift door and it was easier to scoop the ice out - this one you have to pull the drawer out so far or all the way to access the ice. Shipping was very fast. There are some cosmetic issues this ice maker though. The picture shows it in a stainless steel but when it arrived it’s a white paint. The 120lbs/24H commercial ice machine is a good working machine. It looks exactly like the picture. I was a little disappointed that I order one that had a 2way water filter. That you could use your 5 gallon water bottles as a water source. Picture and description said that. When I got it, it was not the right one. It had also been damaged some. Wayfair customer service quickly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the same(wrong one) again. We decided to just keep it and figure out a different spot to keep it. I really wanted the water source to be our culligan water. Our county water is terrible. That’s why we ordered that particular one. Oh well, back to the drawing board. This is a great, small commercial ice maker. It doesn’t take up much room, but it produces ice surprisingly quickly. The ice quality is excellent, and the machine is easy to operate.
