Great little ice maker. I love how slim it is in comparison to my previous maker. A fairly quiet unit and has been running for a few days now with no issues. The light on the inside is a nice feature and goes well with my led lit water dispenser at night for dim light. The door is a bit awkward but I’ll get used to it. My previous maker had a top lift door and it was easier to scoop the ice out - this one you have to pull the drawer out so far or all the way to access the ice. The 120lbs/24H commercial ice machine is a good working machine. It looks exactly like the picture. I was a little disappointed that I order one that had a 2way water filter. That you could use your 5 gallon water bottles as a water source. Picture and description said that. When I got it, it was not the right one. It had also been damaged some. Wayfair customer service quickly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the same(wrong one) again. We decided to just keep it and figure out a different spot to keep it. I really wanted the water source to be our culligan water. Our county water is terrible. That’s why we ordered that particular one. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
