The 120lbs/24H commercial ice machine is a good working machine. It looks exactly like the picture. I was a little disappointed that I order one that had a 2way water filter. That you could use your 5 gallon water bottles as a water source. Picture and description said that. When I got it, it was not the right one. It had also been damaged some. Wayfair customer service quickly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the same(wrong one) again. We decided to just keep it and figure out a different spot to keep it. I really wanted the water source to be our culligan water. Our county water is terrible. That’s why we ordered that particular one. Oh well, back to the drawing board.
