Amazing great product. Anonymous. Fri Dec 19 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a dryer that actually dries clothes when it says the cycle is complete. We purchased the dryer and washer together and both have been great so far. I am only planning on speaking to the dryer though. First the positives, - The dryer uses heat pump tech, meaning no ventilation needed, which was a huge bonus for us. - It is noticeably gentler on clothes. - Dries clothes and comforters completely in a single cycle, without needing to rotate them. - It is very quiet, very different from what I've had in the past. - Lint trap is very easy to clean - With the app, it has a decent amount of features and customizations. - Looks very modern. Now the negatives, - Scatches easily. It already got a small scratch that happened during the install process. For the price, I'd expect better durability. - It take on average twice as long to dry clothes due to this being a ventless dryer. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the product but that is because we were okay with the trade offs. You might have to evaluate that for yourself.. Rjs9. Thu Aug 06 2026

It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. Overall I am happy because I know it’s different and it’s just adjusting time that I need.. Massiel. Tampa, FL. Sun Jul 11 2021

Bought the washer with the pedestal washer and dryer to replace our older set that was too bulky. This set is sleeker and has the same heavy duty power as the first set we purchased. Love how you can add wash cycles from the app to your machine and the wash times, I feel are more economical. The controls take some getting used to but a few weeks and we've gotten the hang of it.. 28 Inch Gas Front Load Dryer with 7.4 cu. ft. Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s amazing so far…been washing all the clothes on the cold water setting. No one has a clue. I know it sounds like a stupid commercial but gain pods and Downey softener on the cold cold setting is great…the dryer adds time if needed does all the steam stuff.
