Love it! Bullet ice is better than I expected. We go through a lot of ice so what we do is empty out the ice into a ziplock bag and keep that in the freezer. It continuously makes ice as long as you fill the water reservoir and empty out the ice that's made which is approximately 4 cups in that holding area. That’s actually been very easy to do because the tank has a handle to grab and take to the sink to fill. The water tank also opens wide at the top very easily if you choose not to remove it from the machine and just use a pitcher to fill it (that's what we do). Highly recommend! It’s made life easier since our fridge keeps having issues with the ice maker. My husband who rarely comments said he likes how it looks. Great little ice maker. I love how slim it is in comparison to my previous maker. A fairly quiet unit and has been running for a few days now with no issues. The light on the inside is a nice feature and goes well with my led lit water dispenser at night for dim light. The door is a bit awkward but I’ll get used to it. My previous maker had a top lift door and it was easier to scoop the ice out - this one you have to pull the drawer out so far or all the way to access the ice.
