The water cooler was delivered with care. Upon opening the box everything was perfect. We are leaving it sit for 24 hours as instructed before we start using it. We are extremely happy with this water cooler. We were renting one through a water company and opted to purchase this one. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill. This is a great water dispenser. Installation was straightforward. No special skill need except for common sense. The flow rate is good. Cold & Hot water temperature control are good. Only problem I had was the drip tray gets fill up quickly and spill over to the carpet. The red float indicator is not obvious enough and by the time it surface it's too late.
