The wine refrigerator itself is fantastic. It’s the perfect compact size and the dual zone temperature works wonderfully. My issue is with the printed instructions. The basic instructions seem fine, but I had to swap the door hinge to the opposite side and the instructions were practically nonexistent other than a picture that shows moving the handle from one side to the other. You will need an extremely tiny flathead screwdriver in order to remove the decorative plugs in the door. It is a very narrow space and I ended up using a Swiss Army knife screwdriver because everything else I tried would not fit.

I absolutely wish I could give this five stars. It's quiet, the temperature is accurate, and it's decently built and quite attractive. I still need to trim it out in the cabinetry but the cutout dimensions included are good. The double pane door is nice, and the reversibility is great, they include a second bracket for reversal so the mounting is minimal and looks nice. The grill is an attractive shape below the door, and overall I'm quite pleased. HOWEVER The temperatures are not adjustable independent of each other. The bottom section, which is the larger of the two, HAS to be warmer than the top, the smaller section CANNOT BE WARMER than the bottom. Equal temperature is possible, but isn't recommended by the manual, it's recommended that they be 4C different. I don't have that much wine that needs to stay at a warmer temperature, only a few bottles. I have a fair bit of wine that needs a cooler temperature. If that's what you have, do not get the dual zone, it's not worth it. Stickvl with single unless you're trying to age red wine at a constant temperature and have a few bottles of white cold.

We like it, but it does run a little less quiet than expected.
