With a wood texture, it is waterproof, anti-stain, lightweight, and easy to apply. You don't need to be professional, saving your time and budget. They are sticky, but for the edge, you can use some contact glue on the underlayer to enhance it. Honestly the best flooring I’ve used yet. Very easy to cut and work with. I chose to use my saw, no issues with splitting or cutting. It all snapped in together nicely. These turned out great! They've been on the floor for 2 weeks and there has not been any lifting or bubbling. When installing, I made sure the floor were clean and did my best to get the tiles as tightly fit together as possible, using the claw end of a hammer to really push/pull the tiles together for as seamless of a fit as possible.
