I’ve had many problems with gazebo. Screw holes did not line up. Solder inside the channel and now I’m at the end of this assembly. Well, I’m down to my last 10 parts. These are the parts that the canopy lays on but guess what the parts are too short by about 4 inches. So now I have to figure out what to do next because I can not finish and use this gazebo.

We love this gazebo. It adds so much to our patio and is much sturdier than I would have thought. We’ve had high wind and it didn’t move at all. I talked too soon. We had strong winds and it ripped and blew out the screws. Good for one summer season

The gazebo itself is perfect for what we wanted. My only complaint is that they don't offer replacement canopy covers, as do most of the gazebo's out there. Nicely made and went up very easily. Think the manufacturer should consider replacement canopies for down the road when you need a new one - instead of having to purchase an entire gazebo!

First I was able to chat with a very friendly gal who was very knowledgeable... I had a small problem with the seller but that was fine. The package was delivered today.. It was one box the packing was almost none it was not wrapped at all. I have never received a package that had all those parts and none were bundled together all loose.. There was a paper in the bottom that needs to be taped back together...its the directions. I have not checked to see if any parts are missing... I did notice that at least 2 poles are damage I don't think it will be a problem...

Assembly should have been simple but instructions were lacking. Additionally, some of the pieces weren't welded properly and were bent at the wrong angle. All in all, I got it put together and it serves its purpose but the quality isn't great. This is definitely a case of 'you get what you pay for'. It's just okay.
