Whynter Elite 24'' width Spectrum Lightshow 54 Bottle Built-In Wine Refrigerator with Touch Control

have had this piece for about 3 months now and it's working out great. Quiet unit, lots of space on top for things if you are using it freestanding. the lights inside are a nice touch -- great when I entertain! The shelves do not fit full bottles on every shelf. I recommend removing one of the shelves to make more room. giving it 4 stores because of the shelving issue.

The first one I purchased was a lemon, but Wayfair sent another, no questions asked. So far, the second one is working well. The changing led lights really make it special.

This fridge is horrible! We bought it last July. Lights have never worked and now even at 58°F it freezes even wine making it leak all over! Worst product EVER!!! The company is horrible to deal with. If you want it fixed you have to pay to re-package it and ship it to California because they WILL NOT send a service agent to your home!!!! You cannot get anyone on the phone EVER!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! I wish you could give less than 1 star.

Really impressed with this wine fridge. Even our French bottles fit perfectly! Shelves slide in and out easily and it’s nice and quiet. Really happy!

I haven't had time to look into changing the shelves as I can barely fit a bottle of wine in the shelves. It is very tight!

Buyer beware! Horrible support of products. Unit starting having electrical issue after 6 months. No local service... so Whynter informed us we needed to ship the unit to their service facility in CA at our expense (we live in TX)! Whynter warranty only covers shipping for the first 2 months (the unit is 150 lbs and 3x2x2 ft). Asked for Exec emails to escalate... they would not provide contact info. We never sent it back due to cost. Woke up months later to find all of our red wine frozen... lost several high-end wines. We'll NEVER buy another Whynter product and sharing our experience so others can avoid the frustration of dealing with Whynter's lack of customer service.

The wine refrigerator is everything we wanted after receiving a replacement. Wayfair customer service was excellent. They sent out a new one immediately after the first one started making noises. The replacement has had no problems to date.

Great product - enjoying all the features!

Had this wine fridge for nearly a year and it has worked great. It’s quiet and the different lights are fun. We did have to remove the bottom shelf to fit larger bottles. Only wish that the buttons could be child locked. My daughter has accidentally turned it off a couple of times.

Did a lot of research and settled on this one. I'm so glad we did! Build is exceptional, it is quiet and it looks great. Highly recommend this wine cooler.
