The second photo of this listing depicts a cream pillow with black edging and tassels. I therefore assumed I would receive the cream and black pillow when choosing the ‘cream and black’ option from the site. If nothing else I assumed that Wayfair would recognize that the website description is inaccurate. I was incorrect on both accounts and disappointed in their customer service.

A very nice pillow however I am returning because the color is not what I expected... more brown than rust.

This is a beautiful pillow that is very high quality. The tassels and edging are called dark charcoal but can pass for black which is what I wanted. The main color of the pillow is a warm creamy white leaning towards yellow. It's very pretty but the yellow tones are there. The pillow filling was full enough to look and feel nice and probably won't flatten out. I did return the pillow only due to the yellow undertone did not match the off-whites in my decor. I would highly recommend it.
