First off, I have been a loyal customer for over 15yrs, needless to say I was very disappointed with this. Not only did it look like it was just thrown into a box, but 7 parts were damaged with chips, cracks, black handprints and 2 pieces missing. I did reach out to Wayfair. The support team contacted me and I responded. Still waiting for a response back. I hope this will be taken care of soon.

Great shelves! Were easy to put together and arrived quickly. Very happy with my purchase! I ended up buying white stickers to cover up the extra shelf holes and screws and that made a big difference.

Great quality! Very sleek design

The good news:I bought 3 of these bookshelf/file drawer units on a Saturday and they were delivered on Monday. Amazing! The bad news is that the delivery guys left them on the sidewalk in front of the building even though the front door says please deliver to lobby. They were large, heavy and ungainly and there were several stairs and a heavy door to navigate. More good news: while the bookcase came in many pieces, it was not too difficult to assemble but use your own Phillips head screwdriver and not the one included. It will be much easier. The directions were all in pictures and fairly clear though there were many parts and various screws, all well labelled. It took me about 2.5 hrs to unpack and assemble the first one but I learned from the experience and the remaining 2 units were assembled in 1.5 hrs each. The drawers are a bit crooked and they don't have a latch such that the front drops when you pull it out - thus the 4 rather than 5 stars. For the low price, they look good and a very sturdy. Nice to have the strong metal frame. great purchase for the price.

Easy to put together and provides a good amount of shelf storage along with two draws one smaller and one larger.

Pretty nice. Overall, we are very happy with these. We bought two in the brown color. Its pretty well made even though it is a sort of particle board and thin metal. The screws do put it together well and make it solid. There is an issue with the instructions. They are not extremely clear, and in one case they were flat out wrong. DR left should have been DR right something like that, about halfway through or so. Just look out for that, and you will be fine.

OMG, I’m in love with my bookcases. Assembly was easy, not too heavy and very durable. The price is a little more than what I wanted to spend, but it is well made, and the perfect size.
