garbage - poor quality materials and construction. I had a work trip come up last minute and couldn't get this returned within the window. total waste of money

I was a little hesitant about this because it states that it’s solid wood. To my surprise that’s exactly what it is. Even when putting it together nothing stripped or came out of place. The one negative I would give would be the directions. The only directions were pictures and nothing telling what goes where. It took about 2 hours to assemble. I also love that the metal slides were already preassembled. I think this will hold up for awhile.

This is a great chest of drawers! Shipping was fast, it was packaged well and all pieces were clearly labeled. Directions were pictures and the number of parts and hardware being used for each step. A cordless screwdriver is very helpful, but a screwdriver is included. I was able to assemble in a couple hours by myself. We got this to go with a coordinating dresser for our grandson’s room at our house. I am super happy with how sturdy this chest is and the roominess. It is quite large and I love that this is a solid wood piece.

I bought this dresser for my grandson’s bedroom. It says it is solid wood but it is not really. You can see where pieces of “solid” wood are fused together in an interlocking pattern. It is a soft pine which dents easily. It came pretty well packaged, but there was one dent on the edge, but not terribly noticeable. The the assembly took me two hours. It comes with the necessary screwdriver and I wouldn’t recommend using power tools because you can push the screws too far in and they pop through to where they show on the outside. It is an unfinished wood so you need to either stain or paint it. I decided to stain it with a water base stain and doesn’t take a water base stain very well. You need to do a pre-treat or I would suggest an oil based stain or paint would give you better coverage if you’re wanting to change the color like I was. I wouldn’t recommend this for a grown-up, but this might serve the purpose for a grandson‘s bedroom. Definitely a disappointment.

This chest is simple in clean lines and Shaker style. It is so attractive with a clear coat finish that lets the natural pine show through. It is also very sturdy and heavy as it is made of solid wood.

The dresser is 100 real wood and has beautiful, simple lines! It was pretty easy to put together. It came with an amazing screwdriver, but I recommend a power one. The dresser does need to be finished, but it is sanded and ready for paintoil.

This is a very heavy duty and durable dresser. It took me and my son an hour and half to assemble it. The assembly was well worth it though. I love the unfinished color. It is a very heavy dresser so it does take two people to move it.

Could not assemble. The wood is soft, damaged upon delivery. I had a general contractor try to assemble it but the screw holes and grooves do not match and the drawers could not go in.
