First two arrived very damaged. Third time was the charm and we got an undamaged one. Although it was a hassle ultimately Wayfair went out of their way to get one to us that wasn’t broken. For the price it was worth the hassle.

I was worried when I didn’t see good reviews, but this is a nice mantel. We needed. a fire safe mantel to replace our old wood one and this was the perfect choice. It has the look of wood, was easy to install, and looks great.

Poor description of the mantels color did not like. It was called brown.

They look great. Very realistic wood looking.

Looked great in the box but very heavy. Too heavy for the mounting hardware! My contractor installed it but then showed us how delicately it was attached to the wall and could be easily dislodged and fall to the ground perhaps on someones feet. So we took it down and bought a cheaper looking pine one from Wayfair that is solidly in place. But what maddens me is that Wayfair has not responded to two requests to return the mantel.

Three attempts to receive an undamaged product failed. The product itself looked good. There does not seem to be any way to lock the shelf into place on the metal frame.
