We love Wayfair, but this is by far the worst damaged products we have received from this company !

Stools are well constructed however the there is a discrepancy listed regarding the height of the stool. The measurements listed are 24 12 inches from the floor to the seat which would support the stools being listed as Counter Stools. The actual measured distance from the the floor to the seat is 30 12 inches which would support them being Bar Stools. Therefore the information on the web page is misleading and incorrect which needs to be corrected as soon as possible. I have purchased a variety of furniture from Wayfair in the past with excellent results. This is really discouraging and I would hope that corrections can be made sooner than later so that other customers are not subject to purchasing what they are led to believe to be something other than what they see on Wayfair’s web page.

These are very well made chairs. They feel sturdy and are solid. That said, the first pair that arrived were both pretty damaged. They had clearly taken a beating in transit. The company immediately sent another two replacements. Great customer service. But these are the second set. They also have some cracking of paint at the joints of the back and at the bottom edge where the back meets the chair have paint chipping that looks like it might be from how they are being packaged. Both sets had this same paint chipping. It’s a toss up. Solid chair, likely to show up imperfect.

The chairs are nice but the description was wrong they were not counter height they were bar height had a second back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bar stools are very well-made. They have a lot of weight to them. The high back makes it very comfortable for sitting. You probably will need chair pads if you sit too long. One of the downfalls, they wobble because the bottom pads on the legs of the stool are not even. My husband added protection felt floor pads to them, no more wobbling. These are easily, as the information stated, commercial grade bar stools.
