Awful, awful, just so awful!! Do not buy this. The price was right the product is just so wrong. It was packed well. But only 3 of the 11 pieces were marked. There was a key on the front page of the directions with measurements for all pieces so I was able to label the pieces using that. The packages of screws were marked. The instructions are picture only. I purchased the black one but the front banding or edging is woodgrain colored. Why? I could not get all the pieces to go together especially the last board which was the largest and the heaviest. It was just impossible to insert it after following the directions and assembling the piece as they instructed up to that point. I buy a lot of furniture-in-a-box items. This by far was the worst ever. Oh and the heads of the screws provided to attach the metal corner braces just melt as they encounter resistance from the boards. Had to use my own screws. Cannot recommend this item. Wayfair--you should consider not carrying this product if you have any feeling for your customers! It pains me to give this item even one star.

Very difficult to assemble and the material is very cheap. Not sure how long it will last.

Was such poor material and the instructions were subpar, the pieces did. It have pre drilled holes as the instructions said they would. Barely able to call it a piece of furniture. I have put many of these sorts of things together and this was by far the worst. DO NOT BUY THIS

We had a tough time with the instructions like some other reviewers mentioned but it was the right size and type that we were looking for.

Nice bookcase headboard. Wish the assembly instructions were more clear. It only shows pictures and some pictures are showing front view which is actually the backside. And visaversa.

As I expected from the reviews, this is not super well constructed and it took forever to put together. We ended up installing the backplate upside down so the cable hole was actually in a useful place. Now that it's together it looks pretty good, and seems sturdy enough and like it will hold all the nightstand stuff. I would recommend it only because, after looking at a ton of options and reading a million reviews, it seems like one of the best choices available.

Absolute garbage. Does not fit together well. Not all holes are predrilled.

Perfect for my guestroom where I needed the shelf/cubby space in the headboard. Plus a small lamp fits well, and a hidden pass-through is built in to hide the cord.
