Love love this rug. The moon has a silvery white sheen in direct light. Feels great under foot. True to picture as for the colors. The moon is closer to Ivory than white when not in direct light. Very happy with purchase.

Love the area rug. The moon has colours of cream/ivory which is great for me as it repeats the colour of our roller blinds and the background colour of our accent chairs. The rug is very soft and nice to walk on. The rug has been on the floor for one week and has flattened out quite well. There is some shedding which I expected after reading reviews from purchasers of other wool/wool blend rugs. I am going to replace our wood coffee table with a glass coffee table so the moon can be seen through the glass as it is the centrepiece of the rug. I ordered the 8' 6" x 11' 6" size which is a little smaller than the area rug we replaced but I am fine with this as more of my hand-scraped maple floor is visible. I initially tried to order this area rug last year but it was out of stock when I found it on the website so if you are thinking of purchasing one of these area rugs, grab it when it is available.
