[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two months ago and happy that it fitted existing counter opening. Pros: Easy Install. Looks modern. Easy to use and clean. Heats up and cool down quickly. Like Sync element and knob control. Cons: Shinny black color shows lint and dust easily. WiFi not useful as you can only see if burner is on or off only. Timer volume is low as I cannot hear with vent on. An improvement would be if timer linked to the WiFi. Over all happy with purchase.

Do not buy if you want save your money,It is good looking cooktop but It will turn off itself while cooking and it is hard to turn it back on, Unreliable magnet touch screen technology. It can not be used for real cooking .

1 year 9 months old and I will not turn on. Worked great when it worked but now it’s a shiny piece of glass.

I have used the cooktop for a month now. The things my wife and I do not like. The cooktop controles are hard to read and adjust. They need to light up and stay lite so they can be seen when on. We both do not like the magnetic control knob its more of a gimmick. We find ourselves using our fingers to control the elements. The knob only works 50% of the time and is very frustrating. The heat levels are 1 to 15 on the elements. 1 to 10 changes the elements about 20% and 11 to 15 the other 80%. The cooktop really doesn't get all that hot on 15 and it takes forever to boil water. I have exclusive Samsung appliances and tvs in my house and never been disappointed but the product development team on this cooktop did not know what they were doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over, the stovetop is good. There are plenty of hot zones, and the elements heat up quickly. The versatility of the stovetop is also good. There are a couple of things that would make it great. First of all, the little magnetic knob that comes with it to place on each temperature control is useless. Its sensitivity of it is way off, and it does not turn the temperature up or down most of the time, and when it does, it is significantly delayed and even jumps three or four levels. A very cool idea that I was excited to use, but it is truly useless. Another feature that would be helpful would be to use temperature control via the phone. As it stands, it only shows you which burners are on and hot. I cannot turn the burners on via the app or raise or lower the temperature.
