The first chair took me forever to assemble, but I used it as a learning experience. I learned that I could have saved myself a ton of time if I had used the provided allen key with the red top (looks like a wine bottle opener), instead of the conventional one that was also provided. I also learned that I needed help from someone else for a few stages in the process because it saves a lot of time. Things went a lot smoother and faster when I put together the second chair. The chair back flexes a bit when sitting in the chair and one of the screws is too long (can scratch the chair back when sitting in it) so we had to cut the screw short but overall good quality for the price..
