Great bed. Had it for 2years now, still love it and still in great condition. Not too hard to assemble

If you like to decorate with a cool sense of humor... this bed is insanely cool!

The bed is nice but you need a thin mattress to make it look like its sunk in. My wayfair experience has been horrible. It came with a damaged piece and I waited a month for a replacement. Case manager that was assigned to this was impossible to get a hold of. The process of getting the replacement was painful and I slept on the couch for a month. Never purchasing anything from wayfair again. Other people around me has mentioned all bad experiences with them. I wish I had known.

Assembling this bed was the absolute WORST!!!! There are no pre-drilled holes for the screws required to mount the "feet" on the head & foot boards. The upholstered material is held in place by tons of staples which you cannot see until you hit one and then either strip the screw or break a drill bit. We literally broke 5 drill bits during assembly due to poor craftsmanship. The bed, assembled, is beautiful but the time and frustration it took to assemble definitely lessened the enjoyment of seeing it finished. I would NEVER assemble this bed again so if you have the extra $200, purchase the handy assembly option.

Awesome looking bed. Price for what you get is amazing. Putting it together by myself was easy. Took about and hour.

Ripped at few places... screws will not fit properly... very thin wood slates..

Pros: The bed looks great when assembled. Cons: Everything else! - The first bed that arrived had a manufacturing defect which made assembly impossible... the pre-drilled holes for one of the brackets were spaced too far apart. In addition, the metal feet all have black plastic pads on the bottom and 3 of the 4 arrived cracked despite being wrapped in bubble wrap. I chalked it up to bad luck and exchanged the bed for another one... only to discover that the new bed had the same problem (only WORSE)! This time three of the brackets had incorrect spacing instead of just one. I had to use a dremel to widen the openings on the brackets so that I could get the bolts to thread. -The bottom board on the end section of the frame (where you screw in the two rear feet) is also uneven... there is some padding running the length of the board but only covering half of the width... which means that the feet have a bit of a lean to them when they are screwed down. - The frame comes with a center bar and two supporting legs that screw into the bottom of it for added support which is really nice. Unfortunately the support legs are actually shorter than the height of the bed when assembled (even when the feet are fully telescoped to maximum length). I solved the problem by putting a block of 2x4 under each support leg and wrapping the wood packing foam to protect the floor from damage. This was an easy fix but something that should never have been an issue in the first place. - Finally the faux leather is paper thin and incredibly easy to damage. The staple gun that was used to attach the material to the frame put a double staple in one spot (ANOTHER manufacturing defect)... so when it pulled back, half of that second staple pulled out with it which created a little 1" long needle sticking out of the side. I didn't notice (why would you look for something like that) so when I slid two pieces next to each other prior to starting assembly, that tiny little staple end caught in the other piece and tore a hole in it like it was tissue paper. In conclusion: Stay away from this bed and buy something else. You're probably going to ignore this warning and buy the bed anyway because it looks awesome... but I'd feel guilty if I didn't try. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because it truly does look great once fully assembled.
