About This Product
The new Professional Plus range cookers are inspired to bring robustness, ergonomics, and operability to the domestic space. The ILVE Professional Plus 36-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The large multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100 to 500° F. The 3.5 cubic feet oven cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
