Customers report that the product performs well, producing ice quickly and consistently, and is easy to install. Many appreciate its value for the price, noting it is a more affordable option compared to other brands. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple reviews mentioning the unit breaking down after a short period, leaking, or ceasing to function entirely.
