I love this sofa sleeper. I tried to order again but couldnt find it. So comfortable. I love the color too.

Exactly what I was expecting. I like it , can't say I'm in love with this futon. It's made well, no defects. That's always the up side. But My only Con I'm finding is that it could be firmer. When you sit on it, you sink into it. I definitely prefer some more firmness. Not hard but a little give. This foam has no firmness to it what so ever. This isn't even medium grade firm in my eyes. . And I'm not even a heavy person. Shouldn't sink into it like this. They say the mattress is removal. I can see how that can be done. Is it worth the $509.00. That will depend on the individual. I myself can see me replacing within a year. Maybe sooner. I don't think I'll last due to lack of firmness. When you go to sit down, you want to feel like your sitting down, NOT falling into it. Had to update my review. I fixed the problem with the futon. The sinking into it is due to them not placing enough foam into the structure. You might not want to go through the hassle of fixing it yourself. But I removed the material the have covering the bottom of the futon. Amazing enough I was right. The lack of spring n foam is causing this problem. I had some 4 inch memory foam lying in spare room. So I cut it size place it in under the sitting. Stapled the material back into place and it is so very comfortable now. Just as it should be. So just a note to everyone. This can be fixed, just takes a little work. And I was determined I wasn't going to keep sinking into this . PROBLEM SOLVED. ❤ it now. Dropped my scoring down to 3 stars. Because I had to put labor into fixing something that should be done from manufacturing.

Really nice material on the cushions. Been using this as my bed in a new place. It works! Super easy to assemble. It comes put together, just have to screw the legs on.

We purchased this sofa for our RV because of the bed and storage features plus the length was perfect. Space in an RV is very limited and is hard to find an 80 inch sofa that looks great. So, it took almost a month to receive it but we understood why, it's a sofa so it can't ship FedEx, UPS or USPS. When we recieved it and got it in the RV there seemed to be something wrong with one side of the back, it would not lock in the upright position. We called Wayfair, they went through a little troubleshooting process with us, which did not solve the problem, so they immediately sent us out a new sofa. I was surprised when they did not ask for the other one to be returned, which was awesome, but again undetstoodvwhy. I am sure the cost of returning it would be great so they told us to just give it away, and we did. We recieved the replacement in only about 2 weeks and it works perfectly. It is very nice for a futon sofa, converts to the sleep postion easily and is pretty comfortable to sleep on. I keep a couch cover on it because wr have dogs and I love the fact it does not slip around but stays put on the sofa because of the material the sofa is made of. The extra storage is great in the RV. The only thing I will say is the brown color of the fabric is a bit different than most upholstery browns so I had a bit of a time finding a recliner to match. In this instance the fact that the sofa arms come off easily helped as I just took one with me to stores while looking for a recliner. We are very happy with our purchase from Wayfair and how they handled the problem with oyr sofa. Thanks so much Wayfair. Would definitely recommend this sofa and Wayfair to anyone who reads this or asks me. The legs were not on the sofa in the pics I posted. I also posted pics of the recliner I found to color match.

Purchased this Sofa for our finished basement and so glad we did. Comfy and multifunctional.

We purchased this couch for a kids toy room spare bedroom for guests and so far it does what it should. Delivery took a couple of weeks, and it was neatly placed inside our home for me to un-box. Assembly was a breeze, screw in 4 feet, lock backs into upright position, and install arms by sliding them into their retaining slots which are pre-installed. I love that the arms appear to come off easily if you have a taller guest that needs the extra legroom, but you almost don’t need to. I’m 6’3” and i can stretch out quite well with minimal intrusion from the arms. And the arm cushions are low enough to make a comfy pillow if laying down on them without your neck being all jacked up. Framing is mainly wood with foam overlay so you will sometimes feel the boarding below you if your not sitting square on a vision but it’s not as bad as others mention. There does feel like springs are there as well. The backrest is more upright then most so be prepared for that. It is still plenty comfortable for our purposes. Storage is easy to access below for things like blankets and pillows. Overall it’s a good option for a lower traffic lighter duty couch with flexibility. We would buy it again.
