It's a very good cooktop. I haven't used other induction cooktops much, so I can't compare on that front, but I love the way induction works. Worth noting, I had the same one previously and it died after about 7 years (all but 2 burners shorted out). It seems crazy that something this expensive has a one year warranty, but here we are.

What a nice cooktop! I’m very happy with how the induction system works, it is amazing how quickly the burners heat up and adjust the level of heat… As an aside, Wayfair’s service is wonderful! This cooktop was sold out everywhere and back ordered for at least a month. When I found it on Wayfare the description was inconsistent and not clear as to whether this item was a 36 inch or a 30 inch. The description went back-and-forth between the two, including part numbers for both… When purchasing it and adding it to your cart there was no way to differentiate which size. I called Wayfare and got an exceptionally helpful associate who went the distance, reached out to a Wayfair site engineer and even called GE for me. All three assured me that it was a 36 inch cooktop and sure enough, the 36 inch cooktop arrived less than a week later. Very happy with the cooktop, and Wayfair!

The cooktop is quiet, fast, and the controls are easy to use! I really enjoy not having the fumes of a gas cooktop, and that the area around the cooktop does not heat up!

We have been wanting to convert from gas to induction for a while. We are very into cooking as are our kids (young adults) so we were hesitant. We absolutely love it and love this cooktop in particular. We wanted one of the more “upscale” brands but this one was the one that fit so we went with it. It’s awesome. The controls are easy and intuitive, the configuration works great. It looks great in our kitchen. Buy it, you will love it.

Wonderful induction cooktop. And as a bonus, I got all new cookware! Seriously, love it, very convenient and energy efficient. Super easy to clean.

Love the look of the induction cooktop, as well the SmartQ app! This is our first induction cooktop and it’s impressive how quickly it boils down to liquids and cooks. We suggest starting at lower temperature range as there is not the lag time as typical electric cooktop.

Great cooktop. Boils superfast and cooks very evenly.

The design makes this a very easy to use cooktop. It is very responsive in heating and cooling down. The cleaning instructions are clear and very helpful in keeping it look new. I used a long cast iron griddle, and it worked great. We have solar and switching from gas and utilizing our incoming energy more efficiently makes us happy, too.
